Your referral process is unacceptable. It's unnecessarily long and complicated. ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS TO CHECK MY ELIGIBILITY. But you make it impossible to do so online. DISGRACEFUL. In fact, the referral process was so bad that I rang Lifeline after completing your stupid, puerile questions. You clearly have no idea of how to interact with vulnerable people with severe mental health problems. You're a f**king disgrace and you ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

If you ARE eligible, you will see this screen to proceed to "Register Now":
You are more than welcome to submit a formal complaint via https://www.sane.org/about-sane/policies/feedback-and-complaints-policy so that this can me taken up with management.

Finally, I did lodge a complaint. IT WASN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED. Disgusting. What an extremely cruel and insensitive way to treat a very vulnerable and sick person.

Perhaps it's a tech issue? You can try deleting cookies if that helps @Former-Member . It seems to be working for me and others who have successfully registered. This is the first we have heard it doesn't not work.
