Hey @Captain24 ,
What's happening to make you this way? I know you are on holidays with your parents.
Do you think you can start tomorrow with a fresh slate and remind yourself that your parents won't be around for ever? That's what I used to do when I had enough of my parents and just wanted to get away.
I would start each day afresh. Not for their sake, but for my sanity!

I am so sorry @tyme.
I have no idea what is wrong with me.
My parents are being their usual selves. I know what to expect. Yes some moments are hard but mostly I have been able to cope with them. But what I’m feeling is different to that.
I am enjoying moments of the holiday. I know I sound ungrateful but I really just don’t get what’s wrong.
I just hate whatever is wrong. I’m really really not ok but don’t know why.

Some much needed me time!
An hour swimming in the ocean is just what I needed! I feel rejuvenated.

The mindfulness was amazing @creative_writer. It also helped that I took an extra prn today.

I got some alone time at the beach today and I used it for mindfulness. It was relaxing and amazing. I’m just still in that really bad headspace.
I’m not in the place I was in on Monday night. Which is good. So I am slowly getting better. I’m just finding it really hard to come back from it.
