Your life may seem like a mess at the moment, but maybe it’s about listing/journaling what isn’t a mess right now.
Our minds easily take us to a world of negativity.
Now it’s about learning and strengthening the skill of positive thinking.
It can and does work. I’ve tried it.

Have been journalling a lot lately. It does help getting those thoughts out. It also helps knowing you are not alone.
It is easy to see the negatives and ignore the positives. Something I really need to work on.

I have woken up feeling a little less distressed than yesterday. I’m still really struggling though. Those thoughts of wanting it all to end are still really strong.
I have a bit I need to get done today ready for work tomorrow. It’s just too overwhelming. I just need to do one thing at a time and not look at the bigger picture. I hope I can manage it and not give up.
I just need some strength to get through another day.
