Something’s not right

I can’t cope

Re: I can’t cope

I’ve just woken up after a good sleep @tyme @Paperdaisy .

My legs have gone down a little. However they are sore. Hopefully it’s just fluid but I’ve googled it and it’s a side affect of the medication. I’ve put on a fair bit of weight in the last ninety. I’m hoping it’s not diabetes or my heart. I’m waiting to get into the dietitian in regards I my elevated blood results but it could be a bit of a wait.

Im hoping that if I don’t get into the psychiatrist tomorrow that she has sent all the info to the gp.

Could be an interesting couple of days.

Hope you both have had a great day

Re: I can’t cope

Hope everything will be okay @Captain24 .

Let me know how you go. How has work been anyway?

Re: I can’t cope

Thanks @tyme . I hope so too.

I’m starting to feel pretty good, I don’t want anything to go wrong. I knew that a changing in meds could be difficult but I feel prepared.

Works been really good. I did have anxious moments but I also spent a lot of time joking and laughing with others over the 2 way.

How were you days off?

Re: I can’t cope

Jokes are good @Captain24  - laughter's the best medicine.

My days 'off' were sick in bed lol. Stomach bug. Don't think I've been that sick for ages! I'm still not 100% as I have to eat very bland foods. But definitely up and about!

Thanks for asking 🙂

Juggling meds are always a bit unpredictable, but it's good to know you feel prepared. That's the main thing. If you prepare for the unexpected, then you won't get a shock LOL.

I'm glad to hear you had a good sleep today.

Re: I can’t cope

Glad you’re on the mend @tyme being sick is horrible. Bland food is good. I hope you get well enough for tasty food soon.

The change last month bought me unstuck so I’m hoping that may have prepared me!

Re: I can’t cope

That's a very helpful way to view things @Captain24 - it shows a growth mindset and will help you further yourself - You are resilient. You are strong. You can do it!

Re: I can’t cope

I’m hoping so @tyme

I think and hope I’ve got this!

Just making a hot choc then heading of to bed. Tomorrow could be a big day and I need to be refreshed and ready to take on the world.

I’ll make you one

Re: I can’t cope

Yes Please @Captain24 ! Do you think you'll ever resort to sugar free hot choc? Or are you a "if-you're-going-to-do-it, do-it-properly" person?

Re: I can’t cope

Hello hello @Captain24  - how was your day today?

Want a cuppa?

Re: I can’t cope

I've made a hot choc for you @Captain24
