Have a glass of water @Abner . Hope it helps.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Take care @Abner - hearing you. Being physically unwell also affects my MH - severely....

Re: Share a cuppa?

It really does help, and the goat milk tea puts protein back while also hydrating my system.

Re: Share a cuppa?

@tyme just got home from dinner, got a babysitter, talk tomorrow thanks for checking in

Re: Share a cuppa?

I kept thinking of all those years when I couldn't talk to anyone except my doctors about the psychological abuse people were doing to me, and I remember saying at a therapy group that people saw me as the emotional toilet they could relieve themselves on. It's true, and that's part of what people find so confronting.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hi @tyme how is your project going ?

Re: Share a cuppa?

My project is in it's early stages @Former-Member - thanks for asking. Many are skeptical, but I'm over-the-moon positive.

You know, when there are so many 'negative' voices, it's very easy to get discouraged. However, I'm taking up the challenge and I'm going to enjoy every moment.

I can't say I know what I'm doing, but I'm positive.

Voices will continue, but my heart will get me through.

Cuppa? @Former-Member @Bow @Abner @ArraDreaming @Meowmy ? I've also prepared a fruit platter.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Often people are negative out of ignorance.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Spent all day out in the sun doing various things so a fruit platter would be amazing!! Also @tyme I just want to let you know, today I did a quote for a lady on large block. It was overgrown, garden beds full of weeds, she looked in over her head and when I told her it was something I could help with she nearly cried and told me how embarrassed she has been about getting anyone in to help as it has gotten so bad, so I just wanted to let you know that us gardeners really want to help! And yes sometimes it’ll cost you more than you were hoping because time is money, but please reach out we can help and restore some pride in your place again!

Re: Share a cuppa?

So true @ArraDreaming ,

I actually don’t care how much it costs. I just want to find someone who can love my garden as their own as well as someone I can trust.

You are right about restoring pride in the garden.
