I completely understand
@Paulette, some situations just completely tear us apart. I often say we don't know how strong we are until we have to be...and they're terrifying situations because we're aware we're aware our emotional resources are depleting and that we're exhausted, and we don't know if we'll survive. I've been there many times. All I can say is this is why I try to stay physically healthy and fit, because sometimes that's all we have to fight back with. I'm on your side
