@Zoe7, it’s fair enough not to tell everyone personal things. I am super careful with a lot of people, I guess gossip culture has led me to grow up guarded. People can be incredibly nosey.
Intimate relationships are a personal preference. It’s okay not to feel the need. I’m still trying to work out what I want. Sometimes I wonder if I suppressed the need to be in a relationship as a means of protecting myself from being traumatised any further. I have no prior experience with romantic relationships either, my upbringing was conservative. I need to gain more clarity over my needs. It’s not like my parents don’t know what happened to a certain degree. I just never discuss it with them because it’s too taboo.
I’ve been resting up today. It’s my sisters birthday tomorrow so will have family engagements. I think I just needed a down day after a week of uni. I hope you do start feeling better hon 💖. Not feeling well really does take a toil

That is quite likely @creative_writer Trauma has a way of closing us off for our own protection.
I am so glad you have had a day to yourself. It seems we have both had a 'down' day ...but tomorrow is another day 💕 I am watching the footy but don't think I will make it until the end - going to curl up with Tobes on the couch and if I fall asleep then so be it.
I hope you enjoy your day with your sister tomorrow 😁

LOL @creative_writer I love my footy but it is not everyone's cup of tea. It would take me a week to explain hahaha. I did manage to see the end and it was very close - my team won so we are into the grand final next week.
Straight to bed afterwards but another up and down night. I do need to do some work today though so depending on how long that takes, I may not be able to rest up too much ....see how I go.
My cat would not be like your neighbour's - she is a Mumma's girl and won't go too far. She has never tried to get out of the yard but I did heighten my fences several years ago to keep my old cat in - so it is pretty enclosed anyway. Clover is such a cutie - she comes running when I call her - unlike Tobes who does not LOL ...but it is not often Tobes is not right by my side so it isn't a problem.
We have had rain for the last couple of days after a pretty nice week. I can't do anything outside anyway so it doesn't bother me.
Better start some work but will check in later to see how you are today ❤️

@Zoe7 Happy to hear your team won.
I was out all day so it’s natural for my body to feel more tired and achy. I wish it wasn’t this way, but it is. I really need to full break after uni finishes up this year.
Neighbour’s cat is something. She is really naughty. We caught her on the roof a couple of times too, my mum was not very happy but cats will be cats. Clover and Toby both sound adorable. We were looking at an independent short haired kitten who could be left alone for a few hours. Would be nice to have one that wasn’t too high maintenance.
I hope you are doing okay today 💖

Not great today @creative_writer I have managed to do a little work but not all of it. I am heading to bed very soon ...so tired and worn out - I know you know what that feels like. So to put this day behind me and hopefully be able to get into work early tomorrow and catch up on a little more work.
You have a big break to look forward to Hon - I am very much needing that also. Working half days is helping but I need those injections (department dragging their feet on this one but I suspect they are waiting for my appointment with their GP tomorrow). The ridiculous thing is that the longer it takes, the more they may have to payout in the long run 😢
I hope you can rest up this evening and recuperate a bit. Catch you later 💕

I’m pretty okay @Zoe7 . Another week, another $$ lol.
Hope you have a good rest. You’ve only got a few more weeks left, eh? The last lap is always the hardest.
Tale care hun.
