Sorry to hear your exhausted @creative_writer, but I bet your happy to get your assignment done.
When do you work next @Captain24? That's nice you have got some good weather down here in Hobart it's been raining and cold today.
I wouldn't say I feel very good today. Work is busy but my mood isn't very good this afternoon. I just wish I wasn't sad all the time.

It’s actually 30 degrees here. It’s the hottest it’s been since autumn! End of January early February it’s usually around 40. That’s when I really love it!
I go back to work on Sunday. I’m supposed to go Friday but I have an event on Friday night and I’ll need Saturday to recover. I’m going on my own and don’t really know anyone. So Friday will be really stressful and Saturday I will probably fall in a heap. My nurse and therapist have put plans in place to try and help prevent me falling too hard. I usually end up suicidal after something so social and so emotionally draining.
I don’t know what to say to help you @Birdofparadise8. Just know that I understand and I hear you. I really do hope it lifts for you soon.

How do you like the weather at 40c that is so hot.
What is the social event @Captain24? I also hope it doesn't make you suicidal that wouldn't been good. What plans do you use when you feel as though you're going to fall?
It's okay I'm just trying to keep it together, so I don't cry hahahaha.

You've got this. You've come so far. I get it, this social business when you don't know anyone can be sooooo horrid. I'm glad you have plans to keep you safe following the big days.

Thanks @hanami. I’ve done some pretty big things this block at work! So I’m hoping it helps come Friday. I don’t have my nurse for 2 weeks so my thread is my support and I posted all my achievements! Lol
40 degrees is awesome but with all the rain we’ve had im expecting massive bushfires!
It’s a women in mining event. My plans are to ring 2 different friends. Music. Diamond art. Movies. I have a list and need to keep distracted!
It’s ok to cry if it helps release @Birdofparadise8

Yeah, I am at work so I can't really just start crying it would be a bit weird, I think. I'll probably go home and cry on my own in my room or something hahaha. @Captain24 @creative_writer

I hear that @Birdofparadise8 I find it hard to cry as well, particularly in front of people! Are you OK?

Yeah people look at you funny at work! Lol @Birdofparadise8. I was thinking. I know that’s a surprise! Does your work have an EAP provider? Ive used the one at work and got 5 free appointments with a therapist. If it does it may help until you get to Melbourne?
