@tyme I can. In the past, I've described depression as a storm and how it feels like I am drowning in icy water. So I see depression as something that is external but something that encompasses me.

All good @creative_writer are you religious? I didn’t know that does that help you with your mental health at all? 

I would say it’s dull.

Hey @Birdofparadise8 . I really want to acknowledge the effort you are putting into this. When I first did it, I hated it. But as I practised it more and more, I noticed that I could be in more control of my thoughts. I could then see that emotion was not longer ME, but a passing emotion.

Now, back to it. 

What shape is this mass? Round? Square? Rectangular?

@creative_writer , it sounds like religion is one of your protective factors?

Christian upbringing is also one of my protective factors. The values I have stem from my beliefs. At first, I was very discouraged that I couldn't live up to the 'perfect Christian', but since then, I've learnt so much more about myself and those around me.

Ok thank you @tyme it does seem a little strange I might say. I’m not really sure what this is supposed to do? 

I would say it is round though. A nice big round ball squeezing the life out of me.
