Such a big move @Birdofparadise8 - exciting though. 

As for myself, I'm just taking it easy. I think my pain killers are wearing off which means my body pains are returning. I'll wait to see if I'll work tomorrow.

I can certainly tell that you are a little down. It's clear in your posts. @Birdofparadise8  - As @Captain24 posted, what's happening to make you feel down tonight? Anything you can think of?

Life I guess I’m just feeling sad, worthless and stuff just depression I guess, wanting to self harm and the suicidal thoughts just get annoying having it all the time. 

I won’t be able to see me psychologist after 2 weeks so I’m not sure what I’m going to do after that I’m left it a bit of a pickle and he was like today how do you feel about ending I was like it’s okay but really I don’t like it but I’ll just have to get over it. I’m just not sure what to do between now and then February.

Many are thrown in the lurch at this time @Birdofparadise8 - so do you have another appointment before the end of the year? I used to do contingency planning - starting in Oct/Nov so that I'd have supports in place for Dec and Jan.
