Intense thoughts. Feeling hopeless.

Re: Intense thoughts. Feeling hopeless.

@pjc1965 , sounds like you have some very good strategies in place! Well done!

Re: Intense thoughts. Feeling hopeless.

Hi @pjc1965 ,

We are an anonymous site which means you can't "make friends" from here and take them out (for example).

To 'make friends' here, you just have to tag them by typing '@' in front of their name. Like this @tyme .

Here is a link to our guidelines about remaining anonymous and other guidelines: https://saneforums.org/t5/help/faqpage

Let me know if you have any other questions and I'll try to help you.

Re: Intense thoughts. Feeling hopeless.

I need help. I got an email from sane in.my email box.

Microsoft warned Mr of fishing. People getting to me outside of sane.

1. How do I go backwards and stop talking via email please.

2. How do I put a connection to click on to go straight to sane please.

Re: Intense thoughts. Feeling hopeless.

Hi @pjc1965 ,

No one has access to your email except moderators. I am moderating tonight so I sent you the email. I will stop emailing you.

Hope that helps you.

Re: Intense thoughts. Feeling hopeless.

OK. Thanks. Fishing is where people email you but are scammers or trying to get access to your personal details

Re: Intense thoughts. Feeling hopeless.

I get really stressed in the head. Breathing helps. 10 minute meditation. Ailing or now SANE.

Re: Intense thoughts. Feeling hopeless.

Have you tried square breathing? @pjc1965

This might help you https://blog.zencare.co/square-breathing/

Re: Intense thoughts. Feeling hopeless.

Oh. OK. I ticked a box asking for an email response. My fault sorry

 I won't do that again..

Someone got access to my ING bank details and had access to my bank details. He phoned me saying so but he was the scammer. I was on the phone for an hour with him. He said to fix it I needed to download a Western Union app. Alarm bells rang. I hung up and rang ING. He had withdrawn money from bank account. ING reversed the transaction just in time. I no longer have my bank accounts online. I go to the bank.

Re: Intense thoughts. Feeling hopeless.

I'm so sorry to hear @pjc1965 . I hope it never happens again!

If you receive any emails from SANE, you do not have to reply to them. They are simply notifications for you to log back on the forums to check.

Is that okay if you receive email notifications of messages to you?

Re: Intense thoughts. Feeling hopeless.

Thanks. I'll check it out tomorrow.

How can I talk to you in the future. Sorry. I don't get it.
