I can’t cope

While I still don’t want to be here and am desperate to leave, I have managed to get somethings done today. 

I still have a lot to do to make my home a little more presentable. Even if it’s just the living areas.

Hey @Captain24, that's great that you got some things done! I like to do small spurts of focused work and then relax and do something I enjoy more like scrolling on Instagram or something. How do you plan to take on the living areas and potentially more?

I don’t know how to keep on going @RiverSeal. I just have to find it somewhere within, I guess.  I just don’t know where. 

I feel like I’m on the verge of a complete breakdown.

I get that @Captain24 it can be really tough to find strength within ourselves when we already have dug so deep. What have you done in the past that might be helpful rn? Have you been connecting with others on the Forums today?

In the past I just give up @RiverSeal. I never use to be a quitter but now it seems that that’s all I do. 

Nah.. I haven’t connected with anyone. I’m not worth it and I say the wrong thing anyway, which upsets people and they don’t feel comfortable on here anymore. I’m just better off alone. Then the only person I can hurt is myself.

I get that you are having feelings of low self-worth but I know that you are a valued member of the Forums community. You have two lovely dogs too to love you unconditionally!!

I just have to was the floors, bath 2 dogs and have a shower and wash my hair. @RiverSeal.

I guess I’ll find something from somewhere. 

I don’t want to waste anyone’s time. BB has more important people that need help. 

I don’t know that I’m overly valued on here. It’s my own fault. I don’t make it easy.

I got the floor washed and I had a shower @RiverSeal. I can’t do anything else. The tank is completely empty. 

Being so totally exhausted has left my head in a really bad space. I’m not ok. 

I won’t be on the PGC as I’ll be at work.
