I’ve just finished a koala diamond art and I’ve started the one I bought yesterday and it’s a tweety bird!

This could possibly be triggering

So I took my dog for a walk this afternoon with my parents. One of the conversations goes like this

Me: oh I’ve just done x amount of steps

Mum: how would you do that many

Me: I mowed the backyard 

Mum: you need to do it more often

Me: why

Mum: you’re getting so fat and it’s disgusting. 

I then changed the conversation. 

She has no idea the hurt she causes when she say things like that. I had to finish the walk like nothing was wrong. I’ve been able to push most stuff to the side but considering this is a major concern right now, I can’t move passed it. 

Am I ok? The answer is no I am not.
