I don’t want to do this. I don’t want to go to work. All I want is for it to be over.

I don’t know @tyme. I’ve had a long hot shower for the first time in 3 days. I’ve eaten properly today. I didn’t manage to sleep this afternoon for nightshift because I slept this morning so I knew I was safe.

Im just at a loss right now. I’m done with hoping that things will get better. It doesn’t seem to happen for me.

I just want to end it all.
