I hear that @ArraDreaming, I sometimes feel like I can't catch a breathe too. Is it because the kids are asleep and your partner isn't home? If I remember, that doesn't happen often?

I can cope at home on my own I don’t know what the issue with me is @Former-Member i have had nights at home alone before plenty of times
she has to travel about an hour away at night once every month 6 weeks or so

Sometimes for me, it just sneaks up and I don't really know why either. I HATE it when I don't know why, almost as bad as the actual feelings because I can't "think" my way out of it. Not sure if you feel the same though?
