The early starts for work, & long 9 hour days are too much for me.

No I did not sleep well.

Which doesn't help for someone with daily Fatigue issues - from CPTSD & Sleep Apnoea, etc.

However, I am "Down but Not Out", as the old saying goes.

"Still Kicking", is another one of those old sayings...

I’ve been thinking about you and your mum today. Hope all went well. 

You have to do what you think is best for  you and your family. If no one wants to or is able to help I don’t believe they should judge. I think you will find that you will have support here with whatever decision you make. 

My nan has end stage dementia and mums siblings all had an opinion on what to do however it was all left up to nans husband, mum and me. They gave no assistance. Nans husband did his best but we decided in the end he was the one who had to handle her 24/7 it was his decision. Mum and I supported all of his choices.
