Not sure if you've read, most of SANE staff have been away on a 2-day conference, and hence the limited communication.
The forums are not really designed for immediate feedback and hence, sometimes, it days days for someone to get back to you. Even if they don't respond right there and then, it doesn't mean they don't care. It doesn't mean you don't mean anything. It doesn't mean you don't matter.
This is the nature of the forums, and hence it's important to focus on the people who ARE online who you can speak to. Alternatively, if you need to speak to someone, Lifeline and Beyond Blue are also an option.
@Jynx and everyone else on the team is fine. I saw them today. They will be back when they are back.
