Ouch bursitis! @Glisten
However I need some pop culture education... who is Col Jack O'Neil? (I assume Colonel)

@Glisten for me it is Heathcliffe from Wuthering Heights. every woman needs a Heathcliffe at least once in their lives.

@ENKELI @Bunniekins The GP got the diagnosis wrong. Can you imagine? Things like that never happen (on tv shows).
It’s called Piriformis Syndrome. It is a Butt :peach: muscle that pushes on the sciatic nerve.
I’m very dominant on the right side of my body.
After the inflammation goes it’s off to a physiotherapist to correct whatever bad habits that I have developed.
In the meantime I’m going to rack up some hours in the sauna.

@AlwaysMyself Have you not watched Stargate tv series?

@Glisten ahh yes, you found one of my flaws 🤭 indeed i have not seen Stargate- not even 1 ep!
But i think I watched all of season 1 of Battlestar Galactica (after playing the boardgame), and I've seen all the Star Wars movies.
Haven't seen even a full episode of Star Trek either. But I do know who Spok is 🤭. And Klingons.
Uh oh. I haven't read Wuthering Heights either. 🫣
But I can confidently say I have watched the Blacklist! Woo hoo! 1/3 for pop culture, look at me go!!
As for @Glisten piriformis. I used to work in a physio clinic and yep, I had that muscle explained to me (as I typed reports) as "a pain in the butt" 🤭🤣. I get very tight piriformis muscles and lots of aching from them. Glad I do not get referred pain or sciatica though!
I am hoping the piriformis syndrome is easier to treat than bursitis would be??

@AlwaysMyself when I go back to sauna regularly everything will be better.
Seems I carry stress in my butt cheek. Which is a pain in the a$$ 🤣
@Bunniekins does Dr Google say that I need a hot middle aged physiotherapist?

@Glisten Dr Google might not recommend a hot physio but I sure as heck do! 🤣🤣

@AlwaysMyself I haven't seen or read Wuthering Heights either. Nor did I watch Stargate or Star Trek unless there was nothing else on. (Sorry @Glisten I know your love for Jack O'Neill and I liked him too - must be the surname!) I did watch episodes 1 - 6 of Star Wars, and the original series of Battlestar Galactica.
I think the Star Wars loyalty gains us pop culture points over the others we haven't watched!
