My niece's doesn't have a backing, and she's got a very messy head. So her 'stitches' are everywhere @Oaktree . They move from one corner to the other!
If my nephew did it, it would be perfect. Have I told you about his bedroom? It's immaculate. And each morning, he makes his bed perfectly, then places his reading book, bible and another book at the end of his bed. He then prays each morning. He's done this all himself. He's super ordered....
Whereas my niece??? tragic story lol.

It sounds like your neice is doing cross stitch. The back is supposed to he neat but it can get messy if you are not exacting. If she puts it in a frame you won’t see the back. Just let her enjoy it. She will improve along the way

LOL @Oaktree , nah. She's just doing her own stitch - it's the 'short cut' stitch to life... that's her all over!
So I just walk away and tell her it looks good (from the front)

Hey @tyme
I am great. My role play went so well today and tomorrow is the last one. I am excited for 3 weeks off. I don’t go back to Tafe till the 24th and then I have a little holiday coming up between the 28th and the 31st July. Going to miss one day of Tafe but I checked with my lecturer that that would be ok. We are going to a town down south west Western Australia

Congrats! I recently completed some role plays including one to faciliate group therapy. We needed at least 6 people in the group, and one of the role plays was for the faciliator (me) to handle conflict @Oaktree . It was the hardest, but it was also the most helpful. I've been in groups where there is conflict during group and the members really go off at each other. I remember the facilitator then stood up and put his hand between the two people who wouldn't stop arguing and going for each other. It really taught me a lot.
And I think that sort of scenario can be also considered in the light of the forums and in life in general.

That’s great!
I know that I have had to try and handle some conflict or at least a breakdown in communication here. I have noticed that that person has gone MIA. Hope they are ok
