Hey @L-B ,
Good to hear that work is okayish. I hear about lacking spark though. What do you think will re-ignite that spark?
I hear you about gaining weight and losing confidence. What I tend to do it set a routine so I go for walks throughout the day - where possible, even when I'm tired. I find setting this goals helps.
Looking forward to heairng how you go.

Maintaining a healthy weight can definitely be an issue with MH, especially if medication is involved.
Have you used any of these meal services before? @Oaktree

Yes @tyme
I have used Lite n Easy for a while and it worked but I stopped and went back to old habits.

Do you actually feel satisfied after eating the meals? I'm a real 'dessert-first' person @Oaktree
Is this 'not allowed' with Lite n Easy? LOL

Sometimes they include little pieces of cake but every day there is two portions of fruit. I really like the fruit cups that have peaches but not so much the pears. I don’t always eat all the fruit. The dinners have quite a lot of veggies and I struggle with that so I just add mint sauce.

uurghhhh @Oaktree ... sounds a bit... "healthy'???
Good point about fruit cups. I have a lot of them at home, but I haven't eaten one in over 6 months!
I guess for me, I KNOW what all the 'right' things are, but I just dislike cooking and being in the kitchen!

I'm the opposite @Oaktree . I actually can't be bothered with food so I snack on whatever's the easiest. I'm a convenience food eater.
So if veges were all cut up, I'd eat it.
If fruit was all cut up and not messy, I'd eat it.
