Maybe this could help with stress say H-a-a-a-a-a-a Take a deep breath through your nose, filling your lungs to capacity, Then slowly release the air with the sighing sound Ha-a-a-a-a-a-a-a It's a natural way to release sorrow and other stress-caused negative emotions @sun01

@Sun01 @Thank you for the suggestion I will try that and see if it works at this stage I’m willing to try anything. I do feel a bit better tonight after doing the online seminar for my course and talking to my assessor on the phone. I really need all your prayers at the moment but I’ll be ok I just need to stop stressing and getting so overwhelmed I cry all the time. I’ve calmed down a lot this arvo now need to get diet under control. Had a tuna avacado and cucumber salad for dinner which was very tasty hope that doesn’t put my sugar up too much

It's a sunny day in Sydney.  After a week of rain and problems with the trains it's a welcome change!

I’m feeling a bit better now. Just had a really good session with my volunteer client for my counselling course after a bit of a rocky start where I couldn’t hear my client but she could hear me I logged out and logged back in again and it worked we covered some really good stuff and she left feeling really good about herself and the session we had. Still having financial troubles and my blood sugar is still high but I’m confident I’ll work it out now. It’s sunny here but a bit cool. Glad to hear it’s stopped raining at least can’t do much about the trains though that must have been annoying
