gallbladder problems runs in our family xx

Re: Decluttering and home maintenance

@Shaz51  runs in my exs too. Hoping kidults take after me re gallbladder. I dont want to worry you Shaz51 but I was talking with our gp about gallbladders and gallstones and she said that when you start having problems with your gallbladders there is a heightened risk of cancer. She knows a specialist who says they should just be taken out pronto. Just letting you know.xx

Re: Decluttering and home maintenance

Thanks @greenpea Sounds like you know the feeling well.

Reminding myself that I've "Done this Before", that I did succeed before - & that it will get better.

That's how I can get through.

Yep - splitting headaches (now gone), dizziness over the past few days.

I need to be very motivated, to put up with that stuff.

I remind myself that I will feel calmer, more relaxed - with happier mood, once I get there.

I know that, because I've achieved it several times before.

Re: Decluttering and home maintenance

@Adge Yes you will get there my friend Adge :). I do know the feeling well and promised myself I would never drink as much coffee again and I have stuck to that. How is Jelly cat today and your gorgeous birdies?

Re: Decluttering and home maintenance

@Shaz51I have a bag for the opshop too, but not bringing clutter in helps. I am approximately clean and tidy.  When evap cooler is on and doors open I get a lot more dust inside ...

Hello @Adge @Smc @greenpea

Had 2 weird no shows.  My NYE party was cancelled and nobody told me so I had a lovely drive 2 hours through the hills ... the drive was enough and it made me a bit uncertain ... I ate icecream to compensate and was pulled over for doing 55 in a 100 zone.  They were nice and did not fine me.  Went to doc today at appointment she made, she had gone home.  She is over 70 so I forgave her it was only 10 min drive.

Good Surprises were son come home a day early, and a gf came for a lovely coffee this afternoon.

Re: Decluttering and home maintenance

Hey @greenpea I'm listening to Tubthumping (Chumbawamba) - "I get knocked down, but I get up again, never gona keep me down"....

It (& others) boost my motivation....

Jelly cat is happily outside. I invited her inside, a short while ago - she said "No thanks, I like it out here" (& stayed out).

The birds all seem happy, especially being not quite so hot today.

The 3 female Bourke parrots are getting along very well - although there will be no baby Bourke's (from 3 female Bourkes).

Re: Decluttering and home maintenance

@Appleblossom  that is weird .... there is no excuse these days with texting etc. It just takes less than a couple of minutes to let someone know the party isnt happening. Cannot explain it but try not to worry about it Appleblossom. As for doctor she is 70 and can be foriven once or twice. Things come in 3s it will happen one more time 😛

Re: Decluttering and home maintenance

She is a good doctor and they are decent people, but somehow I slipped off the email list.

Being braced for the third time might help.  HaHa
